Technical specifications and requirements

In order to present the tram in the best possible light, we will require the following:

• Siting
  • Level firm ground
  • Grass or hard standing - not a problem
  • Good ventilation - if the onboard generator is to be used.
  • Indoors or outdoors - not a problem for us, as long as there is good ventilation and good height access.
  • The tram is towed by a 4m (22') long Mercedes Sprinter Van. The opening hatch of the tram is on the PASSENGER side of the van. Ease of access and moveability is imperative.
    
    
• Power
  • The tram has it's own built-in silent Honda generator, however if power is supplied, it must be in the form of a 32amp (blue) Euro connector.
  • An external power lead must be supplied by the organizer if the electricity source is further than 12' from the tram.
  • All equipment on the tram is PAT tested
    
    
    
• Tram specification
  • The tram is 12' long + 3' for the towbar
  • Height clearance - 10'
  • The tram weighs 3.5 tonnes. If it is to be manually moved, it will take a minimum of 4 people to 'push' it.
  • 3 washing basins on board
  • Hot and cold running water
  • Overhead lighting (for night time events)
  • 2 grey water tanks (for basins and coffee machine)
